About D’Tails Pet Service
D’Tails Pet Service was started and is run by Ursula Reinhardt. Ursula started the company because she loved the idea of ensuring that peoples’ pets are well taken care of, no matter what is happening in their life. She has been around domestic animals her entire life and has two cats of her own, Mattie Bauer and Just Steve. Throughout the years, her love and respect for animals from all walks of life has grown. She takes care of each pet as if they were her own, and the animals respond positively to her attention.
At D’Tails Pet Service, your pet’s safety and health is our number one priority.For this reason, the company is bonded and insured for your pet’s well-being and yours. Additionally, she is certified in pet CPR and first aid. In other words, in the unlikely event that an emergency arises, she can give your pet the care they need.
One thing that sets D’tails Pet Service apart from the competition is that Ursula is the only employee. In other words, you’ll always have the same care provider, no matter what service you need.
Services Provided
The most important thing about D’Tails Pet Service is the services provided for your pet’s health and your peace of mind. One of our most popular services is our dog walking services. Your pup needs exercise and stimulation the same way you do, but you may not always have the time to spare. The dog walking services at D’Tails Pet Service includes:
- 15, 20 or 30-minute walks
- Treats that you provide
- Fresh water before, during, and after the walk
For people who often go out of town, you may also be interested in the pet sitting options at D’Tails Pet Services. We offer two pet sitting options. The first is our in-home pet sitting. This option includes:
- A twenty-minute visit
- Potty breaks/litter box cleaning
- Feeding
- Fresh water
- Medication administration
- Treats
- TLC
Alternatively, if you need overnight pet sitting, we offer 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. visits. Overnight pet sitting includes:
- 10-minute walks in the evening and the morning
- Potty breaks/litter box clean up
- Feeding
- Fresh water

- Attention
One of the newest service options at D’Tails Pet Services is our pet taxi. If your dog or cat needs a ride to the vet or groomer while you are at work, this is the solution. We pick up your pet, take them to their appointment, and return them home when the appointment is complete.
